George Will and the Virtues of Hedging
One has to give it to anti-Trump George Will. His June 8 (just before historic Singapore summit) essay under the title “Trump can’t ask North Korea and Iran to become vegetarians” is just ambiguous enough to have relevance whether the Trump-Kim summit is successful or not. If the summit is successful one could interpret Will’s essay as commending Trump (unlikely Will’s objective). If the summit is not successful the essay could be interpreted by some as some piece of academic intellect. It is interesting to see how the so called intellectual elites either hedge or deny.

THE WESTMINSTER CONFESSION: ANCIENT TEXT, AGELESS TRUTHS
FROM YOUNG TO SENIOR, TRUTH FOR ALL AGES.
MAY 5th. SUNDAY SCHOOL COVENANT PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.
In 1642 the English Parliament called upon biblical scholars and clergy to provide guidance on issues of worship, doctrine, governance, and discipline for the Church of England. "The most grave, pious, learned, and judicious divines of this island"[1], drew up a comprehensive summary of the doctrines of the Christian faith which came to be known as the Westminster Confession of Faith.
Covenant Presbyterian Church Sunday School invites you for an exciting journey through a few chapters of the Westminster Confession of Faith this Spring. By offering an encapsulation of the doctrines of grace, a comprehensive summation of the Gospel, and a systematic approach to the main doctrines of the Christian faith, the Westminster speaks to every Christian.
We hope this series will speak to you offering hope, encouragement, and assurance from biblical truths brought forth through the arrangement and organization of the Confession
